Event Overview
Rocky’s Table: The Art of Indian Cuisine is an intimate lunch experience hosted by Rocky Mohan at his home.
Inspired by his book The Art of Indian Cuisine, this afternoon brings together food, stories, heritage and conversation around one carefully curated table. Guests will experience dishes that reflect Rocky Mohan’s personal culinary journey, his deep understanding of Indian food traditions, and the flavours he holds close.
Designed for a very limited gathering, this experience is deeply personal and refined — more like being welcomed into a private home than attending any formal dining setting.
Rocky's Table is not a restaurant. It is something rarer — an invitation into a private world where the boundaries between host and guest dissolve, and a meal becomes a moment you carry with you long after the last course.
Conceived and curated by Rocky, these intimate gatherings take place within his home — a setting transformed by the singular eye of interior design maestro Sanjiv Bali into a space of quiet opulence, where every detail has been considered and nothing has been left to chance. Alongside him, food service expert Puneet Sikand brings a standard of hospitality that is both elevated and deeply personal — attentive without being formal, eloquent without being stiff.
At the centre of it all is the food. Rocky's menus draw from the rich and often overlooked regional traditions of Indian cuisine — dishes that carry history, craftsmanship, and memory — presented with the care and precision that legendary cooking deserves.
Rocky's Table is, at its heart, a collaboration. Three sensibilities — design, service, and food — brought together in one place, for a small number of people who appreciate the extraordinary.
